The standard pick-up time for Caticlan flights is at least 3 hours before the flight, while for Kalibo flights, it is at least 5 hours before the flight for domestic and 6 hours for international. We take into consideration the airline requirement of being at the airport before boarding gates close typically an hour before your departure.

If traveling from Kalibo Airport, it takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to reach Caticlan Port. This includes a 10-minute boat ride across Boracay Port, followed by an additional 30-40 minutes to reach the hotel depending on the location of your hotel. If traveling from Caticlan Airport, it takes approximately 10 minutes to reach Caticlan Port. The pick-up and drop-off location for the Hop-on Hop-off Bus is at designated loading and unloading stations. There are a total of 19 stops, each marked with pins signage to easily identify the loading and unloading areas.

Cards are available on board (You can ride without the card but must purchase one upon boarding) and at various Southwest sales offices:

4. Cagban/Tambisaan Port Counter of Southwest

They are also available through various partner hotels and travel agencies partnered with Southwest.

Hop-on Hop-off operates from 5 AM to 10 PM, with the last bus departing at 10 PM. Each unit has a maximum time interval of 15 minutes.
